Mallard 1.1 released

Hi all,

This morning I released Mallard 1.1:

As for 1.2, currently all issues for Mallard core have the 1.2
milestone set:

That does not mean all these improvements will make it into 1.2. I'll
be incrementally working my way through this list, and I'll make a
cutoff for what goes into 1.2 some time in late summer. If any of these
features are important to you, make noise here or on the issue tracker
so I know what to prioritize.
