MEP for revision status flags

Hi all,

I've published an enhancement proposal for revision status flags:

tl;dr: Right now the status attribute of the revision element takes a
single value. With this feature, you can set multiple status flags with
a space-separated list in the status attribute. This allows you to say
lots of different things about the status of a page, like what kinds of
reviews it still needs.
