Ducktype Conditionals

Hi all,

I've created a draft spec for Ducktype Conditionals:

An experimental (but complete) version of this Ducktype extension is
already implemented in the released ducktype parser. It was the first
real extension I created to test extension points.

It provides a (I think) really nice shorthand to the (I also think)
very powerful Mallard Conditionals. I encourage you to play with it.
