mallard-ducktype 1.0.2 released

Hi all,

I've just made a small release of mallard-ducktype, the Python parser
for Ducktype. In adding some of the extension points during 1.0.1, I
introduced an obscure parsing bug. It's fixed in 1.0.2.

I believe I got the sdist archive correct this time, for those of you
packaging it.
