Ducktype spec and tutorial

Hi all,

I've pushed a candidate spec for Ducktype here:

I've also added the start of a tutorial here:

The tutorial basically follows the Mallard Ten Minute Tour, but where
it drops off is pretty unsatisfactory. It's a fine drop-off point for
XML, but not when there's still syntax to learn. I'll keep hammering.
